Bob was very upfront about the cost of repairs, he let me know exactly what was wrong with my car and exactly how long it would take to fix. He did the work as promised, WHEN promised. They didn't try to gouge me for a bunch of 'recommended' repairs like other shops do. Like when you bring a car in for an alignment and the shop tries to sell you new brakes & rotors even though you just had them replaced 6 months ago. I was very impressed with the shop and brought my other car in within a few days to take care of all the little odds and ends I had been putting off for a while. I will definately return, as it is very difficult to find an honest and dependable mechanic/shop.
