This is by far the best sushi I have ever had. I don't know why Miso soup varies like it does, but I find myself craving soup from Bay Ridge. Have eaten there several times and have never been disappointed. Their version of seared ahi as a meal is by far the freshest, most tender ahi I have had anywhere. They have a large menu offering from sushi, tempura, terriyaki as well as chef creations which always leaves me in a pickle as to which way to go. Definitely try the spicy tuna roll-you will be addicted : ) The decor is wonderful as is the staff. Unfortunately the only down side to Bayridge is that I find it very difficult to eat sushi anywhere else!
